Relaxation Aqua therapy
Aqua therapy is fantastic for your baby's health & overall development from the time of their birth. Babies are naturally comfortable in water as they are acclimatized to water right from their conception in the womb. The instinctive reflexes that are part of a baby allow them to kick and play around in water thus exercising key muscles and improving muscle tone, motor skills and, early stage left and right brain development. Their eyes are naturally better shielded than adults when in water, making it a soothing and comforting experience. The freedom of movement encourages them to overcome fear of water, if any, and boosts development milestones.
We cater aqua therapy through our premium services –Active Therapy & Splash.
Active therapy starts from 1-6months age group (depending on height & weight). This is a flotation therapy where babies get to explore the water environment with the help of a specially designed floats device. This allows the infant to have the freedom of movement which is otherwise not possible on ground due to the gravity.

Benefits of Aquatherapy
Enhances Overall well-being
Warm water is a soothing relaxant for babies as the foetus spends nine months surrounded by amniotic fluid, making water a familiar and natural environment for your baby. Floating stimulates appetite and aids better sleeping and feeding routines!!!
Introducing children to water at a very young age helps prevent a fear of water developing later. Exercises that involve moving independently and comfortably in water are a huge boost for your baby’s confidence.
Develops balance & co-ordination
Being in the water helps improve co-ordination and balance. Studies have found that babies who swim comfortably have better balance and can grasp objects more easily, thus displaying better gross and fine motor skills.
Improves muscle tone and builds strength
Buoyancy and water-resistance mean that babies exercise more muscles, more effectively while floating in water. Research has shown that babies acclamatised to water early on showed excellent muscle control and overall strength in movement.
